President Anura Kumara Dissanayake will address the National People’s Power (NPP) Badulla District Women’s Rally at the Senanayake Ground in Badulla on Sunday, 18 October.
The rally begins at 9.30am and will be held under his leadership, according to the organisers.
It carries the theme “People’s Rule – Two Years Strong. Progress for All” and forms part of a series of rallies being held by the party.
The event gives residents of the Uva Province a chance to hear the President speak directly to supporters in the district.
The rally takes place on Sunday morning at the Badulla venue.
