A limited fire broke out at an administrative building at an Aramco facility in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province on Tuesday after an attack, the Saudi Ministry of Energy said. The ministry said no injuries were reported.

The Iran-backed Houthis and the Saudi-led coalition fighting them exchanged attacks on Tuesday night. Saudi Arabia’s Civil Defense said debris from two intercepted Houthi missiles fell on residential areas of Riyadh, injuring four people and damaging 15 homes.

The coalition also carried out airstrikes on the Houthi-held capital Sanaa, including the Subaha fuel facility, according to the Houthi-run broadcaster Al Masirah and residents. The coalition accused the Houthis of using the site to store missiles and drones.

Aviation analytics firm Cirium said more than 3,120 flights scheduled to leave Saudi airports since 8 October had been cancelled or not operated, about 41 percent of departures.

For Sri Lankans, the fighting has already led to suspended flights to Riyadh and a travel advisory for Umrah pilgrims.
