How to report an error
Email info.thinksl@gmail.com with the link to the story, what you believe is wrong and, if you can, a source that shows the correct information. We review every report.
How we correct
- Factual errors such as a wrong name, number, date or title are corrected in the story as soon as they are confirmed.
- Significant errors that change the meaning of a story are corrected and noted at the end of the story with a short explanation and the date of the correction.
- Updates. When a developing story changes, we update it and say so, rather than silently rewriting earlier facts.
- Removal. We remove a story only in exceptional cases, for example on legal grounds or where it could put someone at risk, and we explain the removal where we can.
